If you are experiencing issues with the game, try the following steps:
1. Force quit and reopen the app
- Force quit the app
If you don't know how to force quit an app, please go here for IOS and here for Android. - Reopen it and see if the issue persists
2. Log out and log back in (if you have NeoPass linked)
- Log out from Settings
- Relink NeoPass by clicking on the “Restore from NeoPass” button on the top right corner of the titlescreen.
3. Delete and reinstall the app
- Uninstall the app from your device
- Reinstall it from the App store or Google Play and see if that fixes the issue
